A Bale Conveyor is heavy-duty feed-conveying equipment that is used to convey raw materials to the pulper tub for pulping.

 Since the pulper tub is normally set at an elevated position, the transferring of the stocks required for pulping will be a tedious and tiring job.  The weight of each bale of raw materials that will be loaded into the pulper is too heavy for anyone to carry.  On the other hand, the use of overhead crane and other overhead lifting mechanism only slows down the efficiency and reduces the capacity of the pulper.

 Bale Conveyor reduces feeding time and in the process meeting the required capacity of the pulper.  It will also minimize the use of local manpower to do the equivalent job when loading it manually.

• Easy loading of baled raw materials onto the pulper
• Maintains the required capacity of the pulper

 Optionally, load cells can be used to get the accurate weight of materials loaded onto the conveyor.  The use of separate weighing scales can be avoided if weights can be determined automatically by using these load cells.
