SUGGESTED SPARE PARTS FOR MILL STOCKROOM

When ordering spare parts, it is always best to take information from the certified prints. In this way, you can be certain that you are ordering the exact part you want.

When writing up or telephoning in a spare part order, it is helpful to give the following information :

1. Size, model and serial number of the equipment in which the parts will be used.

2. Part description and drawing number.

3. If part has been ordered previously, it is desirable to have the most recent purchase order number and the date of purchase.

PNEUMATIC AND KNIFE VALVES
 Gate Valvess

Valves manufactured and assembled in our machine shop in Dhaka are made of the following materials :
a) Body: Cast Iron and Cast Stainless still.
b) Sliding Gates: SS304 plates cut and machined in our machine shop.
c) Bolts & Screws : SS304 materials, imported from Foreign Countries.
d) Adjusting Rod : SS304 material.
e) Hand wheel: Cast Iron.
Valve bodies are locally made in Bangladesh under strict supervision by our skilled personnel prior to assembly and delivery.

The quality of materials that we used strictly follows our quality control standard that is applied to every valve that leaves from our shop.

We supply both manual and pneumatic valves with varying sizes, as :
a) Manual: Size range from 65Ø - 300Ø.
b) Pneumatic: Size range from 150Ø - 400Ø.

Bigger valve sizes and specially-designed valves are also available upon request.
